Position: Toolmaker
We are looking for a Toolmaker to create metal precision tooling for production machinery and customer orders. This includes jigs, gages, and dies using CNC mill, lathes, and surface grinders. Also, responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining production equipment including coiling and grinding machines and presses.
Individual should be proficient in SolidWorks CAD/CAM software, capable of operating CNC mill, lathe, surface grinder and other tool room equipment. In addition, the candidate should be able to read dial calipers, micrometers, protractor, and blueprints.
The candidate must be an honest and flexible person with a strong work ethic and willing to work well as a team member of a small manufacturing company.
Abilities Required
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Stand for up to 8 hrs.
- Strong mechanical skills and math skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
